CT Strategic Partners is a buy-side M&A firm. We work with founder-owned businesses across home services, industrial services, niche manufacturing, healthcare services, and B2B services, and we connect them with a curated network of buyers — search funders, family offices, lower middle-market private equity, and strategic acquirers — who pay us to find businesses that fit their mandates.
The buyer pays us at close, on a fee that scales with sale price, which means our incentives line up with the founder’s on the number while keeping the cost off their side of the table.
Each of our buyers has signed an agreement with us describing what they’re looking for: sector, size, geography, owner transition, structure. When a business we’re talking to fits one of those mandates well, we make the introduction. When it doesn’t, we say so.
There’s no exclusivity, no contract, no tail fee, and no obligation at any stage. Owners can take a call with us, learn what their business is worth in today’s market, and walk away owing nothing. That’s not a feature. It’s how the economics work.
We’re a small team. The founder leads every conversation that matters, and we keep the firm deliberately lean so owners aren’t passed between associates.
Most of our work happens behind the scenes: research, partner relationships, careful matching, and the operational work of moving a deal from first call to close in 60 to 120 days — without leaks, without process theater, and without the auction dynamics that make most sale processes exhausting.
The firm operates as a distributed team. Sheridan, Wyoming is the registered home base. Below is everyone you might talk to or hear from during a process — the people behind the work.

Christoph runs CT Strategic Partners and leads every owner conversation that moves toward a deal.
Studied business administration with a focus on marketing and sales, then spent several years in commercial leadership roles before moving into M&A.
He’s built relationships across private equity, family offices, and platform operators in the firm’s core verticals, and he’s the one founders talk to when they want a direct read on what their business is worth, who’s likely to want it, and whether a sale makes sense at all.
Originally from Austria.

Abe handles the firm’s outbound conversations with founder-operators.
He’s usually the first voice an owner hears from CT, walking through the business, listening more than he talks, and figuring out whether there’s a real fit before anyone’s time gets wasted.
Studied business and economics before moving into commercial roles across sales and account management, and into M&A from there.
Father of two, takes barbecue more seriously than is reasonable.

Yasmin manages the firm’s relationships with the buyers in CT’s network: the private equity firms, family offices, and operators who acquire through us.
Her work is what makes the matching precise. She knows each partner’s mandate in detail and is the one who keeps those relationships warm between deals.
Studied linguistics and applied languages, with a focus on professional communication, before moving into the operational side of the firm.
Married to Christoph, which is on the record because it would come up anyway.

Kaycee runs the operational side of every deal. NDAs, financials, partner intros, follow ups, the closing checklist.
She keeps the moving parts in order so nothing slips during what is, for most owners, the largest transaction of their lives.
Studied business administration with a focus on operations management, and worked in project coordination across professional services before joining the firm.
Two small kids, one neglected garden.

Eiry leads the firm’s LinkedIn-based outreach and helps develop new partner relationships on the buyer side.
Most of what she does happens before a deal exists: identifying the right firms to bring into our network, opening doors, and keeping the pipeline of potential partners moving.
Studied communications and business, with a focus on professional services and B2B relationships.

Gabe runs marketing at CT: the website, the materials founders read before a first call, and the systems that make sure the right owners hear from us at the right time.
Studied marketing and digital media, with a focus on content strategy for professional and operationally complex businesses.
If you’re a founder and you’ve ever wondered what your business would actually be worth to a real buyer in today’s market, we’d be glad to walk you through it. No pitch. No commitment. No follow-up unless you want one.
